GKV930D Cryogenic Butterfly Valve Top Mounted is specially designed for safe and reliable operation in extreme low-temperature applications. Featuring a top-mounted access panel, the valve allows full in-field maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline. Configurations with metal or PTFE seats, offering tight shut-off, low torque operation, and long service life in LNG, LPG, ammonia, and other cryogenic processes.

The GKV930D Top Access Cryogenic Butterfly Valve (similat to severn’s
cryogenic valve 8000 offers reliable performance in extreme low- temperature
applications with full in-line maintenance via the top-mounted access panel.
Valve Design: One-piece through shaft for strength and long-lasting sealing.
Configurations & Size: Wafer, Lugged, Double Flanged, Butt Weld End; 2”–24”
(DN50–DN600), larger sizes on request.
Pressure & Temperature: ASME Class 150–2500 / PN10–PN400; –196°C to +230°C.
Seats & Seals: Metal or PTFE seats, torque-energized, self-compensating;
Class IV–VI leakage.
Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex/super duplex, titanium, high-nickel alloys.
Trim Options: Hard-faced discs, anti-cavitation/baffle trims for reduced noise and wear.
