GKV830D Cryogenic Triple Offset Butterfly Valve Low-Temperature Control is designed for reliable control in extreme low-temperature applications. Built on Severn’s advanced control valve technology, it offers single, double, and triple offset options with PTFE or metal seats and custom bonnet designs. The pressure-energized seal ensures tight shut-off with low torque, while optional anti-cavitation and anti-blowout features enhance safety and performance in cryogenic services such as LNG and air separation systems.

The GKV830D Cryogenic Triple Offset Butterfly Valve is engineered for high performance in extreme low-temperature applications, from –196°C to +230°C. Featuring a one-piece through shaft for strength and rigidity, it ensures long-term sealing integrity with minimal wear.

Available in wafer, lugged, double flanged, and butt-weld end designs, the valve covers sizes from 2” to 24” (larger sizes on request) and pressure classes up to ASME 2500 / PN400. Its extended bonnet keeps packings isolated from cold media, ensuring reliable cryogenic operation.

Constructed from carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, titanium, and high-nickel alloys, the 830D series offers torque-energized, self-compensating seals, hard-faced discs, and optional anti-cavitation trims. Compatible with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or manual actuation, it delivers dependable, low-maintenance performance across critical control and shut-off duties.
