Actuators – Pneumatic, electric, hydraulic cylinders, manual bevel gear, and hand wheel with rising stem. (All sizes)
Thrust Housing Assembly – Oversized gunmetal (LG2) thrust nut threads reduce thread loading for longevity.
12”–16” (DN300–DN400): Standard with thrust bearings
Smaller sizes: Fitted with vesconite thrust pads
Cover Plate – Two cover plates enclose the gate, spindle, and clevis. Lightweight for easy removal during servicing and maintenance. (All sizes)
Heavy Duty Frame – Handles higher thrust associated with large bore installations. (All sizes)
Wiper Blade – Retains internal lubricants and prevents outside contaminants from entering. (All sizes; replaceable for large sizes)
Steel Proximity Switch Covers – Protects switches from damage during transport and operation. (All sizes)
