Pneumatic Through Conduit Knife Gate Valve
GEKO bi-directional knife gate valve is designed specifically for demanding slurry applications. The dual elastomer valve seat and sliding door design facilitate self-cleaning and prevent the accumulation of media. The durable ductile iron valve body adopts a compact sheet design. When fully opened, the valve has a full bore and no resistance to the pipeline medium.
Pass-through design with standard catch chamber.
150 psi CWP (10 bar) pressure rating for all sizes.
Bi-directional flow and shutoff resulting in zero downstream leakage.
No seat cavity for unwanted solids to build up and prevent full gate closure.
Field replaceable heavy-duty elastomer sleeves.
Ported blade is always in contact with the replaceable sleeves on both sides.
Suitable for wet or dry service.
