Highlights of GKPL-Series Linear Piston Pneumatic Actuator

Indicator
The NAMUR standard indicator facilitates the installation of position switches,
positioners and other accessories.
Output shaft
Nickel-plated alloy steel, high-precision one-piece output shaft also meets
NAMUR, ISO5211, DIN3337 standards. Sizes and stainless steel materials can
be customized according to customer requirements.
Cylinder
ASTM6005 die-cast aluminum alloy cylinder body can be hard-oxidized,
epoxy resin sprayed , PTFE coating or nickel plating to meet different
requirements.
Piston
The double-piston rack is made of cast aluminum hard anodized or steel
galvanized. The installation position is symmetrical, the action is fast, and the
service life is long. Simply invert the piston to change the direction of rotation.
Stroke adjustment
Two independent stroke adjustment screws can adjust the switch position
conveniently and accurately ±5°.
High performance spring
Using high-quality materials, coating treatment, pre-compression assembly.
It has strong corrosion resistance and service life. It can safely and simply
disassemble the single-acting actuator, and meet different torque output
ranges by changing the number of springs.
Bearing, guide plate
The use of low-friction, long-life composite materials avoids direct contact
between metal and metal, and is simple and convenient to maintain.
Seal
Use nitrile rubber under normal temperature working conditions, and use
fluorine rubber or silicone rubber at high or low temperatures.

GEKO Actuators (Pneumatic, Quarter turn or Linear - SIL 3 Certified)
For pneumatic actuators the sealing with flanges and piston is performed
by means of a floating O-ring design and guided internally by a sliding
ring in Teflon graphite.
For sealing with flanges and piston is performed by means of O-rings and
guided internally by a sliding ring in Teflon bronze.
All seals are specifically designed and chosen on the basis of the use cases:
ambient temperature, supply medium type, etc.
