of actuator series, with enormous option availability.

The fourth generation upgrade series includes the following combinations:

-17 different model sizes, including double acting and spring return

-6 different levels of protection

-3 different operating temperatures (from -55 ° C to+150 ° C)

-There are multiple ISO flange and drive shaft connection options for each actuator size.

The standard configuration is a -40 ° C low-temperature structure, with stainless

steel nuts and bolts as the base.

End Cap

Die-cast aluminum alloy surface with metal powder coating, PTFE coating,

or nickel plating for durability and corrosion resistance.

Piston

Double-piston rack made of hard-anodized aluminum or galvanized steel.

Symmetrical installation ensures fast action and long service life. Piston can

be inverted to change rotation direction.

Stroke Adjustment

Two independent screws allow precise ±5° switch position adjustment.

High-Performance Spring High-quality coated springs, pre-compressed for

strong corrosion resistance and long service life. Easy disassembly and

adjustable torque by changing spring number.

Bearing & Guide Plate

Low-friction composite materials prevent metal-to-metal contact. Easy to

maintain and replace.

Seal

Nitrile rubber for normal temperature; fluorine or silicone rubber for high/low

temperatures, ensuring reliable sealing.
