GKV-710R fluorine lined butterfly valve designed to resist corrosive chemicals
The GKV-710R series is midline fluorine lined butterfly valve is a special valve designed specifically for highly corrosive media, using a midline symmetrical structure and fluoroplastic (such as PTFE, FEP, PFA, TEFLON) lining technology.

The valve body cavity, valve plate, and valve stem contact areas are lined with fluoroplastics such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer), which are resistant to strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis (sodium hydroxide), organic solvents, and oxidizing media, and are suitable for pH values ranging from 0 to 14.
Adopting molding or injection molding technology to achieve full lining of the flow channel, avoiding contact between the medium and metal, and eliminating the risk of corrosion and leakage.

Wear resistance and aging resistance: the friction coefficient of fluoroplastic layer is low (PTFE ≈ 0.05), it is resistant to medium crystallization and particle erosion, and its service life can reach 3~5 times of that of ordinary valves.

The bi-directional sealing structure ensures zero leakage, while the compact, lightweight design facilitates easy installation in pipelines with limited space.
