The GKV1800C Pneumatic single seat regulating valve is a high-precision process control valve that drives the linear displacement of the valve core through a pneumatic actuator, accurately adjusting the flow rate, pressure or temperature of the medium in the pipeline. Linear/Equal Percentage Flow Characteristics: The valve core adopts a parabolic or orifice plate design, with an adjustment accuracy of ≤± 1% and an adjustable ratio of 50:1;
Quick response: Pneumatic actuator (single/double acting) with locator (optional intelligent type), response time ≤ 3 seconds, supports 4-20mA, HART and other signal feedback, compatible with DCS/PLC system integration.
- Adaptation to high pressure differentials and harsh working conditions.
Single seat sealing structure: The valve core and seat are tightly matched, with a leakage level of Class V (ANSI/FCI 70-2) and a pressure difference of ≤ PN50 (Class 300);
Temperature and corrosion resistance: The valve body material can be selected from 304/316 stainless steel, Hastelloy (C276), Monel (400), with a temperature resistance of -196 ℃~550 ℃, and resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and corrosive media.
