The GKV1800C Pneumatic single seat regulating valve is a high-precision process control valve that drives the linear displacement of the valve core through a pneumatic actuator, accurately adjusting the flow rate, pressure or temperature of the medium in the pipeline. Its single seat valve body structure (single sealing surface) design, combined with top guide or cage guide system, ensures stability and sealing under high pressure differential conditions, adapts to the continuous regulation requirements of harsh media such as liquids, gases, and steam, and is widely used in automation control systems in industries such as chemical, petroleum, and power, achieving millimeter level control of process parameters.

- High precision adjustment performance

Linear/Equal Percentage Flow Characteristics: The valve core adopts a parabolic or orifice plate design, with an adjustment accuracy of ≤± 1% and an adjustable ratio of 50:1;

Quick response: Pneumatic actuator (single/double acting) with locator (optional intelligent type), response time ≤ 3 seconds, supports 4-20mA, HART and other signal feedback, compatible with DCS/PLC system integration.

- Adaptation to high pressure differentials and harsh working conditions.

Single seat sealing structure: The valve core and seat are tightly matched, with a leakage level of Class V (ANSI/FCI 70-2) and a pressure difference of ≤ PN50 (Class 300);

Temperature and corrosion resistance: The valve body material can be selected from 304/316 stainless steel, Hastelloy (C276), Monel (400), with a temperature resistance of -196 ℃~550 ℃, and resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and corrosive media.

The GEKO 812 series pneumatic multi-spring actuator delivers fast stroking times, constant seating force, and cost-effective performance. Available in multiple sizes, it ensures robust and explosion-proof operation. Electric and electrohydraulic actuators are also optional.

 

- Multi-Functional Positioner

The GEKO digital positioner supports 4-20 mA, HART, Profibus (PA), and Foundation Fieldbus, enabling bidirectional communication and easy parameterization. It complies with VDI/VDE 3847, with optional analog versions available.

 

- Reliable Stem Seal

From stuffing box to bellows sealing, GEKO ensures leak-proof performance under different fluids, pressures, and temperatures. Optimized design minimizes friction, corrosion, and emissions.

 

- Fixed-Form Housing Seal

  • Maintenance-Free PTFE V-Ring Packing
    Graphite-reinforced and virgin PTFE V-rings, self-adjusting preload spring, elastomer sealing element with wiper ring. Benefit: Maintenance-free and reliable under variable temperatures.
  • Adjustable Stuffing Box with Packing Rings
    Custom packing materials, patented GEKO preloading device, uniform compression. Application: Long-term sealing for diverse processes.
  • Bellows Seal
    Stainless steel welded bellows, secondary stuffing box, optional alarm/flushing. Application: Zero-leakage for hazardous media.
  • Standard Contoured Plug
    Single or multi-stage trim, metal-seated, optional ceramic or double seat ring. Application: High-pressure and cavitation-prone conditions.
  • Soft Seat with Metal Support
    PTFE soft seal with metal backing, O-ring suspension, tested for over one million cycles. Application: Tight shut-off and frequent cycling.
  • Low Temperature Extension
    Insulated stem extension, cryogenic service down to –196°C, customizable length. Application: Liquid oxygen, nitrogen, cryogenic valves.
  • Cooling Fins for High Temperatures
    Multi-set cooling fins, protect packing above 250°C, safe below 450°C. Application: Steam and hot gas service.
  • OPTISEAL Diaphragm Seal
    Hydraulically supported diaphragm up to 100 bar, additional stuffing box. Application: Hazardous chemicals, particle-laden media.
