The GKTV series is designed to meet extreme service requirements, including
high temperature and high pressure steam, oil refining, coal gas transfer, and
slurry handling. Advanced coating technologies, such as HVOF thermal
spraying and nickel-based alloys, ensure superior wear and corrosion
resistance for long-term, trouble-free operation.

- Double Block and Bleed
Trunnion-mounted design with spring-loaded floating seats ensures tight
sealing on both upstream and downstream sides, even at full open or closed
positions. Retentate can be safely drained via a built-in drain valve.
- Self-Relieving Seats
Automatically relieve valve cavity pressure during temperature or pressure
spikes without the need for additional relief valves.
Ensures safety in liquid transfer processes.
- Oversized Stem Design
Withstands extreme torque and frequent operations.
Reduces risk of damage caused by particle accumulation.
- Reliable Stem and Body Sealing
High-quality O-rings and graphite gaskets provide dependable sealing
under wide pressure fluctuations.
Blow-out-proof O-rings available for enhanced safety in critical processes.

- Low Operating Torque
Trunnion-mounted structure reduces operational torque even under high
differential pressure, ensuring smooth valve operation.
- Forged Body Material
Forged body and end connectors with precisely engineered wall thickness
guarantee mechanical strength, reliability, and longer service life. Superior
to castings in structural integrity and pressure resistance.
- Flexible Operation
Low-friction seats and stem bearings reduce torque, allowing long-term,
grease-free operation.
- Fire-Proof and Anti-Static Design
Certified according to API607 and BS6755, tested under IACS supervision.
Optional anti-static structure for additional safety in explosive environments.
- Advanced Coating Technology
HVOF thermal spraying or metallurgical coating ensures high wear resistance,
corrosion resistance, and consistent thermal expansion.
Nickel-based alloy coatings suitable for slurry, coal cinder, gray water, and
black water applications.
