GKV132 ball valve is an elastic three piece ball valve
The GKV-132 series 3-stage ball valve adopts integrated casting and direct flange installation, aiming to reduce the number of parts, overall housing size, and hysteresis between the ball and actuator in control valve applications.
The integrated installation also features an extension with a 1/8 "NPT threaded side port, which can be used for fugitive emission monitoring, leak detection, fugitive emission transfer, positive pressure sealing, and emergency repair mechanisms, allowing for the injection of sealant through a flat round head check valve.
The GKV-132 series three-stage ball valve is an ideal choice for process applications.
Self regulating live load packing utilizes Belleville washers
to pre load the valve stem packing in a positive direction,
compensating for environmental changes and wear, ensuring
leak free, airtight sealing, maintenance free operation, and
a long life cycle for positive and low pressure/vacuum sealing.
Elastic valve seat materials include RPTFE, TFM, UHMWPE,
Tek Fil (carbon graphite/TFM), and 50/50 stainless steel filled PTFE.
Unique design of GKV132 three piece full bore threaded ball valve
The GKV-132 series ball valve offers optional valve internals and
configurations, including V-shaped ball control valve internals,
chamber packing, polished internal components, exhaust balls,
and other special cleaning options. The flexible design of the GKV-132
series three-stage ball valve also enables online maintenance,
and the drive equipment can be easily and safely disassembled
when the valve is under full pipeline pressure.
