The GKV-237 series is an ASME B16.34 full bore flanged floating/trunnion ball valve.
The GKV-237 series flanged ball valve comes in a variety of configurations and valve internals, making it ideal for use in various media including acid, alkali, corrosive chemicals, gases, hydrogen, and oxygen applications, as well as in the food and beverage (FDA compliant), pharmaceutical, water, and wastewater treatment industries. In these industries, corrosion resistance and sturdy structures can achieve long service life with minimal maintenance.
The GKV-237 series flanged ball valve is manufactured according to strict quality standards, featuring a sturdy anti spray valve stem design, adjustable dynamic load PTFE valve stem packing, and optional O-ring sealing system, designed to minimize fugitive emissions to the greatest extent possible.
This feature is particularly important in high-voltage applications, where enhancing safety is crucial.
The optional valve internals and configurations can be used for a wide range of industrial flange ball valve applications, including special alloys, ISO 10497 fire-resistant design, anti-static ability to prevent electrostatic discharge, high temperature resistance, graphite seals, V-ball control valve internals, and steam heat jacket models.

The unique design of GKV237 Three-Pieces Ball Valve Flanged End
GKV-237 series flanged ball valves are available in stainless steel (CF8M),
carbon steel (WCB), and special alloys (such as alloy 20, Hastelloy, etc.)
materials, as well as other dissimilar alloys upon request. The non fire
resistant version is equipped with standard stem packing. API 607 fireproof
valve core is equipped with graphite valve stem packing. The GKV-237
series valve provides an integrated casting ISO 5211 installation platform for
easy automation operation.
