GKV-243 series three-way&four-way ball valves are designed according to ASME B16.34 standard
GKV-243 multi-channel ball valve provides NPT threaded and quick clamping end connections. Full bore valves offer NPT threaded, quick clamping, socket or butt welding, and flange end connections. Can be mixed and connected at the end of a valve. Many components between different models can be completely interchangeable. The economically efficient multi port series ball valve integrates multi-directional control and shut-off functions in one valve. Avoid repeated installation of valves without the need for additional shut-off valves.

Valve stem packing:
GKV-243 series 1/4 "-4" valves all use dynamic load valve stem packing devices to ensure reliable valve stem packing. By using Belleville washers, automatic adjustment of valve stem packing is achieved to compensate for temperature changes and normal wear. The 6 "-12" valve uses an independent packing box cover, which can be easily adjusted during valve use. The 1/4 "-2" valve also provides main stem packing and secondary stem packing. The main seal is composed of push washers and O-ring components. The adjustable valve stem packing forms a secondary seal between the valve stem and the valve body in the upper shaft neck area of the valve stem.
Four seat design:
As standard, the GKV-243 series valve also comes with an additional fourth seat. This valve seat is independently sealed to prevent leakage in the cavity area and maintain correct alignment of the sphere. The added valve seat integrates bidirectional control and closing functions into the same valve, with OFF positions located in both T-shaped and L-shaped port spheres. The GKV-243 series ball valve seat design ensures bi-directional bubble level sealing and low working torque.

Ball/stem:
The connection design between the ball and stem ensures correct connection. The valve stem of the 1/4 "-2" valve is fixed with a pin, while the valve stem of the 21/2 "-12" valve stem is integrated with the ball and supported by an ear shaft bracket. All valve stems are provided with anti blowout protection. The sphere undergoes precision machining and mirror polishing to ensure bubble level sealing and reduce operating torque. The edge of the GKV-243 series ball valve ball is machined to reduce valve seat wear and extend its service life.

Seat selection:
Provides a range of seat materials to meet the needs
of most applications. TFM is a standard material for valve seats.
Other options include RPTFE, PTFE, UHMWPE, and Tek Fi ®
(Carbon/graphite filled TFM). Tek-Fil ® The valve seat provides less
torque in high temperature, high cycle, and steam applications.
Interchangeability:
Many components, including ball, stem, seat,
stem, and valve body seals, can be interchanged between different
models of valves of the same size.
Chamber packing:
GKV-243 series valves offer optional chamber
packing. The cavity packing can reduce the possibility of medium
contamination caused by the retention of pipeline medium fluid in
the gap between the sphere and the valve body wall.
Safe installation:
The integral casting of the upper flange ensures
the correct installation of the actuator. Under full load pressure conditions,
the actuator device can be easily and safely disassembled. The
installation flange is designed according to ISO 5211 standard and
can be directly embedded for installation. By changing the position of
the travel limit pin bolt on the installation flange, standard valves can
achieve all flow modes.
