The GKV-275 series Pneumatic Ceramic Lined Ball Valve is a flange-connected valve specially designed for high-wear and strongly corrosive media. It is lined with alumina (Al₂O₃) or silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic materials, with the valve body and key contact surfaces covered by a high-hardness ceramic layer. This design provides outstanding wear, corrosion, and erosion resistance, significantly enhancing durability, sealing performance, and reliability in extreme working conditions.

The GKV-275 series is an ASME B16.34 Class 150 and Class 300 full bore flanged floating ball valve.

The GKV-275 It has super strong wear and corrosion resistance,

with a surface hardness of HRA88~92 (Rockwell hardness) and

wear resistance more than 20 times that of ordinary stainless steel.

 

Chemical corrosion resistance: The ceramic layer has strong

inertness to strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong

bases (sodium hydroxide), and salt solutions, suitable for pH

values ranging from 0 to 14, extending the service life of the valve.

 

Wide temperature resistance range: -29 ℃~450 ℃, ceramic and

metal thermal expansion coefficients match, can avoid high-temperature

cracking.

High pressure sealing: The flange connection complies with

ANSI/EN/DIN standards, with a pressure rating of PN16~PN25

(Class 150~300), and the sealing surface is matched with

ceramic ceramic or ceramic alloy to achieve zero leakage.

The split valve body structure supports the disassembly of the valve cover,

making it easy to replace the ceramic valve seat or ball, reducing downtime;

valve body, reducing pipeline load; Low flow resistance full diameter, equal

diameter of flow channel and pipeline, reduces pressure loss, saves

transportation energy consumption, especially suitable for high flow slurry
