The GKV-275 series is an ASME B16.34 Class 150 and Class 300 full bore flanged floating ball valve.

The GKV-275 It has super strong wear and corrosion resistance,
with a surface hardness of HRA88~92 (Rockwell hardness) and
wear resistance more than 20 times that of ordinary stainless steel.
Chemical corrosion resistance: The ceramic layer has strong
inertness to strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong
bases (sodium hydroxide), and salt solutions, suitable for pH
values ranging from 0 to 14, extending the service life of the valve.
Wide temperature resistance range: -29 ℃~450 ℃, ceramic and
metal thermal expansion coefficients match, can avoid high-temperature
cracking.

High pressure sealing: The flange connection complies with
ANSI/EN/DIN standards, with a pressure rating of PN16~PN25
(Class 150~300), and the sealing surface is matched with
ceramic ceramic or ceramic alloy to achieve zero leakage.
