API6D Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve | Forged Steel Full Bore Ball Valve for Oil & Gas

The GKV-237G Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is designed for reliable shut-off service in demanding industrial applications. Featuring a full bore design, two- or three-piece body construction, and resilient seats, this valve provides stable sealing performance, low operating torque, and long service life. It is suitable for handling liquids, gases, steam, and hydrocarbons in chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, and other process industries.

 

The GKV-237G valve is available in ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500 pressure classes, with end connections including RF, RTJ, and BW, and can be supplied according to ASME B16.34, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.25, ASME B16.10, and ISO 5211 standards. API 6D design is also available on request.

 

To ensure safety and performance in harsh service conditions, this trunnion ball valve can be equipped with antistatic device, anti-blowout stem, automatic body cavity relief, and Double Block & Bleed design.
