The GKV212 series adopts a sturdy and durable flange integrated ball valve design and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel or carbon steel structure. We offer a variety of optional valve cores and configurations, including V-shaped ball valves, suitable for various working conditions.
The GKV212 series flanged ball valve features an integrated valve body design, effectively minimizing leakage channels to ensure bubble-tight sealing performance while maintaining low operating torque for smooth and efficient operation.
For the ½"–2" size models, GEKO's specialized design process enables continuous internal pre-tightening of the packing, ensuring long-term sealing reliability and reduced maintenance requirements.
The 2½"–12" size models are equipped with an independent packing cover, allowing for quick and convenient adjustment without the need to disassemble the installation hardware or actuator, significantly simplifying maintenance procedures.

The packing cover of GKV212 ball valve adopts special engineering design and is carefully crafted to evenly distribute the load on the packing ring. This ensures optimal sealing performance while minimizing stress concentration that may lead to premature wear.
In order to maintain consistent sealing integrity, a continuous pre tightened gasket system is used for the packing configuration. This innovative feature allows for self-adjusting compression, dynamically compensating for thermal expansion, environmental fluctuations, and gradual wear over time. |
