The GKV-225 series is an ASME B16.34 full bore flanged floating/trunnion ball valve.

The design of GKV-225 series flange ball valve ensures bubble level sealing and low operating torque. The half "-2" size model is equipped with GEKO's unique process technology, which can achieve continuous internal pre tightening of packing. The 2/2 "-12" size model uses an independent packing cover, which can be easily adjusted without disassembling the installation hardware or actuator. The packing cover adopts a special design, which can evenly distribute the load on the packing.
The dynamic load packing achieves self adjustment through its Belleville gasket, which can compensate for environmental changes and wear, ensuring maintenance free operation and a long service life. The larger GKV-225 series flange ball valve is equipped with a bearing structure that supports the ball, which can effectively reduce operating torque.

The GKV-225 series flanged ball valve is available in stainless steel (CF8M), carbon steel (WCB), and special alloys (such as alloy 20, Hastelloy, etc.) materials, as well as other dissimilar alloys upon request. The non fire resistant version is equipped with standard stem packing. API 607 fireproof valve core is equipped with graphite valve stem packing. The GKV-225 series valve provides an integrated casting ISO 5211 installation platform for easy automation operation.

The GKV-225 series flange ball valve can use Stellite ® Cobalt chromium alloy valve seat coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, higher operating temperature, and excellent wear resistance with high hardness.
The GKV-225 series flanged ball valve with metal seat adopts butt sealing to meet or exceed the shut-off requirements of CI 70-2 Class V as the standard, and can be optionally equipped with Class VI shut-off requirements.
