Q1: Can you provide all the necessary technical documents and drawings for evaluation?
A1: Yes, we can provide all relevant technical drawings, datasheets, and parameters requested to support your evaluation.

Q2: Can you provide a COO (Certificate of Origin) ?

A2: Yes, we can provide the certificate of origin according to the delivery address（Germany/China/Taiwan/Korea）

Q3: Can you provide certificates of the valves before shipping?

A3: All valves undergo the following Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures according to API / EN standards:

Visual and Dimensional Inspection – Ensure the valve meets design and dimensional specifications.

Hydrostatic Pressure Test (Shell & Seat) – Test for pressure tightness of the valve body and seat.

Air Leakage Test (soft-seated valves only) – Verify air-tightness for soft-seated valves.

Functional Test (actuator/stem operation, if applicable) – Check operational performance of actuator or valve stem.

Material Certificate (EN 10204 3.1) – Certify materials used meet required standards.

Optional Documentation / Inspection (upon request):

NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) reports

Certificate of Compliance

Third-Party Inspection Report
