Solenoid Valves

Solenoid valves are electromechanically operated valves and are used to control the rate of flow in fluid or air powered systems and are quite often just referred to as just 'solenoids'. With automatic operation, solenoid valves are incredibly useful to engineers as they remove the need to manually operate valves. Solenoid valves are most commonly found in fluidics, fluid power pneumatic and hydraulic systems. They are normally constructed from robust materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass or plastic. You can learn more in our comprehensive solenoid valves guide.

GEKO Solenoid Valves

The solenoid valve GKV510C5 switches on and off according to DC or AC signals, and adopts an explosion-proof structure.

GEKO Solenoid Valves Working Principle

  • The product adopt the fixed O-ring technology, which has auto-clear function that can eject the impurity and greasy dirt and dust in the air out of the body. There isn’t no blowhole on the surface because of environmental technology. The breathing cavity connect with exhaust vent, and it can prevent the life of product furthest.

Features of Solenoid Valves

  • 3W2P normally close.

  • Manual operation.

  • 1/4 or 1/8 BSPP on NPT.

  • Directly installed in the actuator.

  • 40mm air filter.
